Application Process

We’re delighted you’re considering Peace Terrace Academy for your child. Our admissions process is designed to help families learn about our school and ensure the best fit for each student.

Inquiry & Tour

  • Attend a tour or information session to learn about our programs and philosophy.
  • Fill out the inquiry form below to be entered in our database.

Application & Documents

If space is available in the class or classes you are applying for, an application will be sent out to you by our admissions team.

  • Complete and submit the application form with the required documents:
    • Birth certificate
    • Immunization record
    • Recent report cards or previous school records
    • Previous teacher recommendation form
  • Pay the non-refundable application fee.

Student Assessment & Family Interview

  • Schedule a student meet & greet with staff and faculty.
  • Schedule a student assessment if your child is entering Logic School
  • Schedule a family interview.
    • This helps us determine we are the right educational environment for your child.

Admission Decision

  • The Admissions Committee reviews all applications.
  • You will receive a decision by email—Accepted, Waitlisted, or Not Admitted.

Welcome to Peace Terrace Academy

  • Accepted families complete enrollment by submitting:
    • Enrollment contract and forms
    • Smarttuition portal set up for tuition payments
  • You’ll receive a welcome email with details regarding uniforms, supplies, policies and date for MAZE Day.
